PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY; THIS IS A BINDING CONTRACT.

Welcome to www.ecoflower.com, a company dedicated to the sustainability of the floral industry.

By purchasing any floral goods through the Service, or entering into any other transactions with The Eco Flower,  you agree to the terms of use set forth in this agreement.

DISCOUNTS
Eco Flower discounts and promotional codes must be used at the time of purchase. We can not refund forgotten discounts after the transaction is complete. Promotions, account credits, sales, daily deals, and gift cards can not be combined. When "Feeling Lucky" promotion is run, if there are duplicate orders submitted one order will be refunded.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY.

Except as provided for replacement bouquets below, there are no refunds or returns for the goods purchased on the Service. All sales are final. You may receive a replacement bouquet only if: (1) you submit a request within three calendar days of the delivery date to sales@ecoflower.com with pictures of product received attached, or (2) the wrong item was delivered, or if the bouquet arrives in substandard condition. If the product has not shipped by the 15th business day for general production orders (General Production Orders are classified as containing no wedding items on the order) wedding items are excluded from General Production time, ( see Production Times below), then the order is eligible for cancellation. Replacement bouquets cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND PRICING.
Eco Flower may, at any time, revise or change the pricing, availability, specifications, content, descriptions or physical features of any products sold or services offered through the Service. Since flowers are hand made, and colors each batch may very in color and appearance. The inclusion of any products or services through the Service at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products will be available at any other time. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed on the Service, or the Service, at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. All such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting of such new product prices to the Service.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are simply a color scheme request. A custom order is not meant to allow the customer to design their bouquet from start to finish. If you wish to see a photo of your custom bouquet before it ships (for your approval), purchase our photo proof package. All custom orders are assembled to the florists discretion with your color requests in mind. We make no guarantees to use certain flowers or to match bouquets seen elsewhere. We are happy to take requests, but due to flower availability and the production processes, certain requests may not be possible. Changes to custom orders may not be made within 30 business days of the delivery date, including color change, product change, or delivery date change, for any reason. Please keep in mind when placing your wedding orders, that our flowers are hand dyed in batches and therefore may very slightly in shades and colors from one batch to another. Should orders be placed at separate times, we do no guarantee that colors will match exactly.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Except for wedding orders, which is defined as: Any order that has any amount of wedding line items associated with an order number, It is our goal to have your order shipped within 15 business days of purchase. We do not guarantee delivery dates for orders nor do we agree to deadlines or rush orders at the request of the customer. All requests are noted and are taken into consideration when in production, but it is not a promise nor guarantee. Orders can not be cancelled for any reason or refunded within 15 business days of purchase. After the 15th business day, the customer can submit a form via https://www.ecoflower.com/pages/contact. If your order has not shipped after 15 business days, the order is eligible for a full refund or a reship. Please send an email to via https://www.ecoflower.com/pages/contact to request your refund or reship.


The customer will receive two emails after purchase. The first email confirms that we have received your order. This email does not imply that the product has shipped. The second email you receive will be a tracking number which indicates that your product will leave our facility within one business day. A signature is not required to receive your package but it is highly encouraged that you be home when your package is delivered. Eco Flower is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the tracking number indicates that it has left our warehouse.

* Free shipping is automatically shown at checkout for U.S. addresses. Not valid on orders shipping to AK, HI, Canada, or Puerto Rico. Please email sales@ecoflower.com for international rates. 

WEDDING SHIPPING/DELIVERY

*** For wedding orders, we require a minimum of a 8-12 week production time frame that is subject to increase without notice for new orders, based on availability. (view FAQS page for current production time) Wedding orders are prioritized based off of the wedding date. We aim to ship the orders to arrive 7 days before the wedding date, and do our best to have all order arrive by the desired delivery date. However we can only guarantee that the order will arrive before the wedding date itself.

WEDDING ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because our floral designs are made to order, and each piece is a unique creation, any orders that are cancelled by the customer within 30 business days of the delivery/wedding date will be charged a restock fee in the amount of 25% of the total purchase order.
